Uttar Pradesh is set to see the entrance of another Hindi newspaper &ndash; BPN Times. Currently available in Madhya Pradesh, BPN Times is expected to launch in Uttar Pradesh by the end of November this year with four city editions in Dholpur, Agra, Bilaspur and Aligarh. BL Baghel is the MD, while BS Baghel is the Editor of the Hindi daily.
