The latest IAB Internet Advertising Revenue Report reveals that online advertising revenues has increased to $16.9 billion globally in 2006, which is up by 35 per cent over the records in 2005. Perhaps it is this growth or the medium itself, but Internet giants are on a buying spree with most of them buying prominent advertising services at steep prices.
