For Yahoo! Cricket, the 44 day ICC World Cup which ended recently was a huge event seeing 9.3 million unique visitors between February 2011 and March 2011. The total time spent on the website witnessed an increase of 309 per cent on a Year on Year basis, and the Page Views also grew by 238 per cent. According to Yahoo!, 72 per cent of the audience who visited the website was in the age group 15 - 34 years. Also according to the comScore data, the female audience saw an increase by 221 per cent.
