Reliance Industries (RIL) kicked off its ambitious Rs 25,000-crore retail venture - Reliance Fresh - with the launching of the first set of 11 pilot stores in Hyderabad on Friday. "Our plan is to open more stores across different geographies, and eventually have a pan-India footprint by 2010-11, said Raghu Pillai, President and CEO (operations & strategy) Reliance Retail.

Strategic Publicity & Advertising Company, an Indian-owned, Bahrain-based company is venturing into the FM radio space in Bahrain from November 4. Christened Voice FM 104.2, the FM station has the tagline ‘Positive voice’. It would commence operations with a two-hour show at launch and become a 24-hour station by November 15.
