The programme would have Shiamak Davar and Kabir Arora teaching viewers how to groove.

Animal Planet to speak in Hindi, too, from April 1
Animal Planet has announced the launch of a new parallel 24-hour Hindi feed. The channel would go on air from April 1, 2008, and has come up with a time-band strategy to familiarise its viewers with the programming schedule and with India-centric shows. And based on viewer feedback, regional languages could be introduced as well.

TRAI has released a consultation paper on ‘Policy Guidelines for Television Audience Measurement/ TRPs’. This is in response to the I&B Ministry seeking the regulatory body’s recommendations on the system and framework of television ratings and the policy guidelines to be adopted for rating agencies.
IBF and AAAI sign agreement; first meeting of joint working committee on April 4
Indian Broadcasting Foundation (IBF) and Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI) announced on March 28 that they had signed an agreement that would have a far reaching impact on the industry. The agreement is valid till March 31, 2010. The first meeting of the joint working committee of IBF and AAAI would take place on April 4.
