Saatchi & Saatchi’s India partners offer to sell stake in agency to Publicis
In a recent development, V Shantakumar and S Ghosh, who own 20 per cent stake in Saatchi & Saatchi India, have decided to offer their share to the Publicis Groupe. The Publicis Groupe already has 80 per cent stake in Saatchi & Saatchi India operations. Publicis is yet to revert with their agreement on this offer.
