Varma has an experience of more than 20 years in advertising and marketing. Prior to MAA Bozell, he was heading United Advertising, Delhi, as COO. He has also worked with Publicis Delhi for more than eight years on brands such as Bata, Lotus Herbal, Dawat Basmati Rice, Hindustan Petroleum and Hero Honda.

Sadhanand has an experience of over 12 years and brings the right mix required to put together a good programming content. Before joining BIG 92.7FM, she was with Times Now as its only primetime hostess in Delhi for the show ‘Upfront’, showcasing the big story of the day.
